“…Είναι παράξενος ο κ. Σαμπάνης… μοιάζει με τον Προμηθέα Δεσμώτη που πονά.. αλλά κανείς δεν βλέπει τον πόνο του.., οι κραυγές του προς τους Θεούς είναι τα χρώματα και οι εικόνες του η μυστικιστική του ζάλη κι έξαψή που βρίσκονται φυλακισμένα στους στίχους του και ζητούν ν’απελευθερωθούν. Δεν καταλαβαίνουμε τους μυστικιστές ποιητές αλλά πρέπει να προσπαθήσουμε να τους νοιώσουμε περισσότερο”.
Για να καταλάβουμε τον κ. Σαμπάνη πρέπει να φύγουμε από τη γη. Ο κόσμος του σμιλεύεται ψηλά με πολλά φώτα και ιδανικά, ο άφθαστος κόσμος του στα ουράνια πεδία. Αφήνεις το σώμα και τη σκέψη σου στη γη και πραγματικά απογειώνεσαι, αναρριπίζεσαι από τη ζέση των εικόνων του, αναβαπτίζεσαι στο θαύμα του υπερρεαλισμού του. Ένας τόσο σπουδαίος υπερρεαλιστής ποιητής που πραγατικά αξιζει να χαθείς στις εικόνες του. Αξίζει να φύγουμε από τον βάρβαρο, γήινο μαγνητισμό της γης και να ζήσουμε για λίγο στο άφθαστο ύψος των εικόνων του. Τα έργα της ωριμότητάς του μου δίνουν το δικαίωμα να γράψω αυτά τα λόγια .

Foreign Languages: Perfect knowledge of Greek, Italian; Good knowledge of Russian.
From 1995 in progress he is a journalist of the “Euroelliniki” newspaper.

Editor of a thousand literary works in Albania in every literary genres, as well motivator of the translation of the Albanian Literature in many foreign languages. Ideator and organisator of the national and international literary activities. “Pegasi” has its baranches in the whole suoth of Albania as well in Athens, Greece, Kosovo and the whole world. In the “Pegasi” newspaper are propagated in Albanian Language and other languages nearly 300 poets from the world from the translators Kosta Gaxhoni, Aleksandra Shabani, Mirela Dudi etc. The 32nd edition of the newspaper “ Pegasi” is translated in seven languages of the world.

Όταν τα δάκρυα αρχίζουν να τρέχουν, οι Αρετές παν να ταπεινωθούν...
Ο άνθρωπος με σαρκασμό ρωτάει ΤΗΝ ΟΝΤΟΤΗΤΑ :
«Τι μου’ χει μείνει απ’ τον «ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟ;»
Η Οντότητα σιωπά με μια πρωτοφανή βουβαμάρα...
Τα δάκρυα δείχνουν μονάχα αδυναμίες, ή ζητούν τα κρυφά τους συνώνυμα...
Ο άνθρωπος χάνει τη μεγάλη του ιδιοκτησία « ΤΟ ΟΝΟΜΑ»...
Τα Ληξιαρχεία συντάσσουν Πιστοποιητικά Γεννήσεως με «ονόματα» νέα...
Το έθνος ξεπλέκει την «Πλεξούδα»... Το Κράτος αφανίζεται σα νεκρό...
Οι ταπεινωμένες Αρετές εφεσιβάλλουν:

3. Οι ΘΕΟΙ πληγώθηκαν
θανατερά, τους είδατε; ...
Τα δάκρυα κυλούσαν παιχνιδίζοντας,
«οι ψυχές» την καρδιά,
απ’ τους πόνους σου ραγίζουν,
μεγάλος ψυχικός κλονισμός,
σαν οι θεοί πληγώνονται,
άσε σαν θανατώνονται!...
Οι τραγικές μάχες
του ΑΙΣΧΥΛΟΥ ΠΑΤΕΡΑ
στο αρχαίο ΘΕΑΤΡΟ...
Ξαναπληγώνουνται σήμερα κομικά,
το γέλιο τους έτοιμο
να ξεσπάσει σαν καταρράκτης.
Οι θάνατοι τις φτερούγες του
αλλάζουν σαν πόλους,
Κάποιοι με επωμίδες
σιγά χειροκροτούν!
...απ’ τις Κορυφές πέφτουν
σαν ΚΟΥΚΛΕΣ...,
μαζί με την Ομαλή
και λεία Πράξη!
